Ghost App is an anonymous, temporary messaging platform that allows users to:
- Create and join temporary group chats that expire after 24 hours
- Send and receive text messages anonymously using random aliases
- Communicate without revealing real identities
- Receive push notifications for new messages
3. User Eligibility
To use Ghost App, you must:
- Be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA)
- Have a valid mobile phone number
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not be prohibited from using the Service under any applicable law
4. User Account and Registration
- You must provide a valid mobile phone number to create an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must not share your account credentials with others
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- One mobile number = One account. Multiple accounts are not permitted
5. Acceptable Use Policy
5.1 You AGREE to:
- Use the Service for lawful purposes only
- Respect other users and communicate respectfully
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Report any violations of these Terms
5.2 You AGREE NOT to:
- Post illegal content: Child exploitation material, terrorist content, or content promoting illegal activities
- Harass or threaten: Bully, stalk, intimidate, or threaten other users
- Spam: Send unsolicited messages, advertisements, or repetitive content
- Hate speech: Post content promoting hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
- Violence: Promote or glorify violence, self-harm, or dangerous activities
- Impersonate: Pretend to be someone else or misrepresent your affiliation
- Exploit vulnerabilities: Attempt to hack, bypass security, or disrupt the Service
- Scrape data: Use automated tools to collect user data
- Share malware: Distribute viruses, malware, or malicious code
- Violate privacy: Share others' personal information without consent
6. Content and Intellectual Property
6.1 Your Content
- You retain ownership of the messages you send
- By posting content, you grant us a license to store, transmit, and display it for providing the Service
- All content is automatically deleted after 24 hours
- You are solely responsible for the content you post
6.2 Our Content
- Ghost App and all its features, design, and code are owned by us
- Our trademarks, logos, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Service
7. Privacy and Data
- Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy
- We collect minimal personal information (only mobile number)
- All messages are automatically deleted after 24 hours
- We do not sell your data to third parties
8. Temporary Groups and Messages
- All groups expire and are permanently deleted 24 hours after creation
- All messages are permanently deleted when the group expires
- You cannot recover messages or groups after they expire
- Users cannot add new members after group creation
9. Moderation and Enforcement
We reserve the right to:
- Remove content that violates these Terms
- Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
- Report illegal activity to law enforcement
- Cooperate with legal investigations
- Modify or discontinue the Service at any time
10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
10.1 Service "As Is"
Ghost App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Security of data transmission
10.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages resulting from user content or third-party actions
- Damages exceeding the amount you paid us (which is $0 for free users)
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ghost App, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of third parties
- Content you post on the Service
12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or deleting the app. Your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

- Engage in illegal activity
- Pose a security risk to the Service or other users
- Request account deletion
